Services offered

We offer assistance with all areas of Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) production, including the scoping of work, site assessment, review of options for habitat development, plus restoration aftercare packages. We are able to coordinate landscape-scale partnerships, linking the industry with Minerals Planning Authorities, conservation organisations and utility providers. We also offer bespoke training courses, and facilitation services.

Restoration projects

Nature After Minerals works with mineral operating companies and other stakeholders to get the very most out of mineral site restoration for biodiversity and for people. Since 2010, we have engaged with over 40 mineral sites, giving over 3,600 ha worth of priority habitat restoration advice to the industry and other key stakeholders.
